How do I get my letters?
For existing OfficeO customers, HMRC and Companies House letters are scanned and emailed once your account is active.
What mail is included?
Existing OfficeO accounts cover HMRC and Companies House mail only. It does not include general business post or parcels.
How does letter scanning work?
For existing OfficeO customers, our postal team scan eligible letters and email them as PDFs.
How soon can I use the address?
Existing OfficeO customers should wait for confirmation that their address is ready to use. For a new address, register with Registered Address, complete its required identity checks and wait for its confirmation before using the address.
Do you offer full virtual office services?
